Adult Weight Loss Camp — ages 26 & Up
Shane Diet Resort’s adult weight loss camp program is available to men and women 26 ages and older, for one to eight weeks starting June 20 until August 15. You will participate in the same diet, exercise and fitness camp activities as our Young Adults, but where appropriate, the Adult program will be run separately.
You can play tennis, take a yoga class, enjoy water aerobics and swimming, learn how to weight train,
take daily walks on Honor's Haven's lovely property, go for hikes, take a sauna or steam bath and renew
your body and spirit.
Our terrific weight loss menu will help you shed some pounds and remind your body what it's like to eat proper, tasty portions. And our health and nutrition classes will teach you what you need to know so you can keep eating right at home.
You will also be able to have spa services at Honor's Haven's beautiful new spa at reduced rates.

- A two-week stay at Duke Diet & Fitness costs $5,875 without lodging.
- Ten nights in a double room at Canyon Ranch will cost you $8,180.
