Adult Weight Loss Program for Ages 26 and Over

The program is available for one to eight weeks starting June 21 until August 16. You will participate in the same diet, exercise and fitness program as our Young Adults, but where appropriate, the Adult program will be run separately just for Adults.

You can play tennis, take a yoga class, enjoy water aerobics and swimming, learn how to weight train, take daily walks on Honor Haven’s lovely property, go for hikes , take a sauna or steam bath and renew your body and spirit.

Our terrific menu will help you shed some pounds and remind your body what it’s like to eat proper, tasty portions. And our nutrition classes will teach you what you need to know so you can keep eating right at home.

You will also be able to have spa services at Honor's Havens beautiful new spa at reduced rates.

Single occupancy rates: $ 1,800 per week for Adults ages 26. Bring a friend and save money on double occupancy: $1,500 per week for the second person in the room.

No where will you find a program so reasonably priced and effective too. Come join us this summer and find a new you.
