How long should I stay?
For our original program, the minimum stay is one week. That’s just enough time to get a jump start on your weight loss goals and start a fitness program you can live with when you get home. Two weeks is better. If you can stay longer—four weeks or more—you’ll naturally lose even more weight and get more fit.
