Banana Berry Smoothie
- 1 banana
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup of ice
Combine the banana, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt and water in the blender. Blend until smooth. Then add in the spinach and blend again until smooth. Add ice and blend and then serve.
