With more than 20 years experience in the fashion industry, Jules Aldaz is bringing her talents to Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts to conduct “The New You” Makeover seminars. She has styled models for print publications and in designer collections, actresses for television and screen appearances and is a columnist for fashion magazines in her native Texas. But it is her own personal struggle with weight that led her to combine her passion for fashion with her desire to help others.

“I, too, have struggled with my weight and have ranged from a size 2 to a size 16 myself,” admits Aldaz. “I know about hiding out in baggy clothes and what it is to not feel good about yourself or your body.”

Jules takes her experience with her weight and counsels Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts guests on what clothes to wear to accentuate a nice pair of shoulders or to camouflage those last few pounds, educates them on the latest fashion trends, what colors look best with their complexion and hair and helps them remake their wardrobe to suit the new-slimmer body their time at Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts (and continued dedication at home) creates.
