Our team of professional registered dietitians and food service experts to designed our weight loss menus. You’ll be served delicious, portion-controlled meals and snacks (and yes, we take into consideration what you like to eat. No food that tastes like cardboard.) If you like the food, your appetite will diminish (no more refrigerator raids at 2 am and you can leave that bag of cookies unopened.)
