That means no extra taxes or tips and you get private sessions with coaches in our key program areas – nutrition, fitness and group sessions in behavior coaching – at no extra charge. Optional private behavior coaching and metabolism testing available at lower than typical cost. When looking at other weight loss programs be sure to add up all the extras and taxes to determine the real cost!

A $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. Payment in full must be received no later than two weeks before your stay. If enrolling less than two weeks before your stay, payment in full is due. Pay your deposit and we will confirm your stay and balance for immediate payment.

Military Discount
Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts is proud to offer a military discount of 10% off a one or two week stay to active and retired military personnel who attend our award winning program in Texas.
The rate of obesity and diabetes in the armed forces is staggering and impacts our military and their families in a myriad of ways. We hope this offer will help qualified military personnel take advantage of a stay in our program where they will learn to change their habits toward a healthy lifestyle while enjoying well deserved rejuvenation. With more military personnel located in Texas than any other state, our program at the Westin la Cantera Hill Country Resort in San Antonio is particularly well situated to serve those who are or who have served our country.
Please call us at (888) 732-9034 to make your reservation. To qualify, provide military ID both when reserving and upon check in at the program. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers and is subject to change.
Payment Options:
Echeck: By choosing electronic transfer from your bank account, you can avoid the 3% credit card convenience fee. This option will soon be available on our website, but until then, call our office to make the payment.
Personal Check: Please send check to Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts, 134 Teatown Road, Croton on Hudson, New York 10520. Your check must be received two weeks prior to the start of your stay. Unfortunately, checks received after this date cannot be accepted and you will need to pay via Echeck or Credit Card.
Credit Card: Please complete the attached credit card authorization form. A 3% convenience fee will be applied.
Pre-Payment Plans
Need a hand saving for your stay? Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts offers pre-payment plans with electronically deposited check payments. Previously we connected our guests to a financing company, just like some of our leading competitors. Bad move. We found people paid high application fees and were usually unsuccessful being accepted. And the few who were, paid high interest fees.
If you are serious about changing your life, saving for it is a great first step to investing in your future. We will help you save for your enrolled stay with interest free, monthly payments of $100 or more for 6-24 months. Call for more information (888) 732-9034.
Insurance Reimbursement
You may have medical insurance coverage for part of the cost of your stay. Check with your insurer and we’ll be glad to help with the paperwork if you find you are covered.
Tax Deduction
The Internal Revenue Service allows U.S. taxpayers who are “obese” to deduct the cost of certain weight loss programs as a medical expense. Check with your tax advisor to determine whether and how much of the cost of the Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts program would be deductible or visit www.irs.gov for additional information.
