Honor’s Haven Resort – Weight Loss Camp In New York

Our weight loss program is run at the Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa. The Resort is situated on 250 acres, in a valley surrounded by scenic mountains – a serene place to spend time and relax, but also to lose weight. In the Catskill Mountains typical temperatures are low 80’s during the day and 70’s in the evening.

Accommodations

Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts guests stay in their own section of the Resort. The Resort offers a variety of rooms to choose from. Rooms can accommodate two or three guests (bring some friends or make some new ones–we are happy to match you up) or reserve a private room just for yourself. All rooms come with private baths, phones, TVs and free wireless Internet.

Our guests have their own lounge (great for snacks, late night chats, and group sessions) and our section is very close to the aerobics and yoga room, the indoor pool and the state-of-the-art fitness center.
