What to Bring – New York
The climate in the Catskills is cooler in the morning and evening and warm during the day.
Generally, all you need is a little more than one week’s worth of work out gear, good sneakers and walking shoes, casual clothing for evenings and some warmer items.
Storage space for clothing is limited – please follow this suggested Packing Guide.
If staying for more than one week, you need eight to ten days of clothing since laundry service is available once a week. We suggest you bring $50/week for laundry and spending money and a credit card to cover spa services and excursion costs not otherwise included.

We also highly recommend you buy a pedometer to get in the habit of tracking your steps, while at Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts and then at home. This website lists various top-rated, reasonably priced models, but any model will do.
