Typical Day – Texas
Morning Hike – Hike along the resort’s nature trail cut into the hill country. This hike has challenging terrain and breath taking views.
Breakfast – Join your coaches and fellow guests at Brannon’s Café for a nutritionally packed breakfast, designed by our on-staff registered dietitians to help fuel your morning.
AM Workout – Begin with our exclusive “Shane Signature Series” classes such as “Core Movements” & “Ready Set Go.” Designed by Shane’s expert fitness trainers to help you build strength, burn fat, & master foundational exercise techniques.
AM Workshop – Our “Five Pillars of Nutrition” or “Effective Exercise Habits” workshops, led by our certified and educated coaches, help you understand the key basics of nutrition and exercise.
Express AM Workout – Get challenged with a short but effective express exercise class such as “Express HIIT” – High Intensity Interval Training. Efficiently burn fat while increasing endurance and strength.
Lunch – Head back to Brannon’s Café to re-fuel for the second half of your day.
Group Coaching – Led by our specialized Behavior Change Coach, learn to set clear and effective goals, examine your current beliefs and make new choices to achieve what is most important to you.
Afternoon Workout – Get suited up for an H20 boot camp. This will be a challenge to any fitness level.
Snack time – Head to the La Cantera Hill Country Resort Grille for a fun and easy cooking class where you will learn how to make your favorite Shane snacks and recipes.
PM Workout/Workshop – Meet at the resort’s cutting edge gym for “Gym 101.” Not sure how to use the workout equipment in the gym? This class will help. Offered each week, one of our fitness coaches will meet guests to provide education on utilizing gym equipment & machines both safely and effectively. The class provides each participant with a fitness routine to practice while our trainer is on hand to answer questions.
Dinner – Savor a delicious dinner prepared by the talented La Cantera Hill Country Resort chefs and reflect on your day’s achievements.
Evening Activity – Don’t feel like calling it a day? Come to our lounge and take our “Fitness Fact or Fiction” workshop, attend a hot tub party or try a self-guided workout. Several evenings a week you will be on your own to just relax or explore the area.
