The climate in the San Antonio varies by time of year. Generally all you need is eight to ten days worth of work out gear, good sneakers and walking shoes, casual clothing for evenings and some warmer items.

Laundry service is available once a week. We suggest you bring $50/week for laundry and spending money and a credit card to cover spa services and excursion costs not otherwise included.

Camera, books, stamps, pens, tennis racquet & balls & golf gear (if you plan to play), sunglasses, iPod or personal music player,  swim shirt/rash guard for the pool, backpack, extra eye glasses and a gel cover for spin bikes if you like some extra cushioning.

We highly recommend you buy a pedometer to get in the habit of tracking your steps, while at Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts and then at home. This website lists various top-rated, reasonably priced models, but any model will do.
