$85–One hour nutrition consultation to determine your calorie needs and create a personalized meal plan for weight loss.
Your meal plan will be sent to you via email after your session. Follow up ½ hour nutrition sessions are available upon request for $65.
$75–One hour fitness consultation to determine an exercise plan best suited for weight loss.
The type, timing, and frequency of exercise have a metabolic effect that can be maximized for an individual to build a stronger and leaner body. Learn how you can use activity to boost your metabolism and feel more energetic.
Your personalized fitness plan will be sent to you via email after your session. Follow up ½ hour fitness sessions are available upon request for $55.
$85–One hour behavior change coaching consultation to identify and develop strategies to integrate crucial behavior changes and mindset shifts needed to sustain your healthy diet and fitness plan and support lasting weight loss and management.
Topics such as personal and work stress management, confidence building, self-motivation, night time eating, and social eating are just as important to planning for success as knowing what to eat and how to exercise effectively. Follow up ½ hour behavior coaching sessions are available upon request for $65.
