Our weight loss program is run at the Westin La Cantera Hill Country Resort – top rated by Trip Advisor of more than 300 hotels in San Antonio. The Southwestern style weight loss resort is situated on over 250 acres, in a valley surrounded by the famous Texas Hill Country – an incredible place to be. In addition to all that the Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts weight loss and fitness program has to offer, the resort has 36 holes of championship golf, a world class spa and fitness center and stunning lagoon style pools for lounging.

The Hill Country covers 14,000 square miles and is made up of 55 cities and towns that are fun to explore.  Surrounding it all is the famous Hill Country’s lush green hills, old Oak and Cedar trees and crystal clear lakes and streams.

Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts guests stay in their own section of the luxury weight loss resort. The lovely rooms are single and double occupancy (bring a friend or your mate or meet some fellow guests–we are happy to match you up) or reserve a private room. All rooms come with private baths, phones, TVs and free wireless internet.  Each room features the Westin’s sumptuous Heavenly Bed® and Heavenly Bath®.

Our guests have their own lounge (great for late night chats and group sessions) and can relax in any of the many serene and scenic areas around the Resort. Our fitness classes take place in the private Academy building on the Resort’s property (about a 10 minute walk or 1 minute ride by shuttle bus) and at the Resort’s state of the art gym. Occasionally we mix it up by having classes at Lifetime Fitness, Texas’ premier gym facility (just 5 minutes by shuttle bus) and which has more than 100 locations across the country.

Kids Club

You can bring the kids! The Westin Kids Club offers day and evening care for children ages 4-12 so that you can participate in our program while the kids have a fun day in the Club.
