Friday
8:00 AM – Meet in SDR lounge with the Jumpstart Coach for group interview assessment
8:30 AM – Breakfast – Join your coaches and fellow guests at Brannon’s Café for a nutritionally packed breakfast, designed by our on-staff registered dietitians to help fuel your morning
9:30 AM – Meet in SDR lounge, icebreaker exercise & introductions
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – SDR Signature Series Med Ball and Butts & Guts workout
1:00 PM – Lunch – Head back to Brannon’s Café to re-fuel for the second half of your day
2:00 – 5:30 PM – Grocery Store Trip, Rejuvenation Time, Snack Break, Gym 101 Workshop & Workout
6:00 PM – Dinner – Savor a delicious dinner prepared by the talented Westin chefs and reflect on your day’s achievements
7:00 – 8:00 PM – Workshop such as Finding Balance with Your Fitness Plan
Saturday
8:30 AM – Breakfast – Enjoy another delicious, nutritionally packed breakfast at Brannon’s Café
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – SDR Signature Series Flex & Flow and Zumba
1:00 PM – Lunch – Head back to Brannon’s Café to re-fuel for the second half of your day
2:00 – 5:30 PM – SDR Signature Series Champion Challenge and Aqua Fit Water Workout, Snack Break
6:00 PM – Dinner – Join fellow guests and staff for an appetizing and relaxing dinner
7:00 – 9:00 PM – Private Coaching Session Appointments
Sunday
8:30 AM – Hike and Stretch
10:00 AM – Have a yummy Breakfast and check out of your room
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Energize and improve flexibility with Yoga
1:00 PM – Departure Lunch at Brannon’s Café
2:00 – 3:00 PM – Core Conditioning Class
3:30 PM – Departure or relax at the Resort pool as you choose
